  • Ants on a Log
    Ingredients: -2 stalks Celery -Almond or peanut butter -Raisins 1.Wash your hands with soap and warm water before prepping. 2.Wash the celery stalks. Make sure an adult is there to cut celery stalks about 3 inches in length. There should be 8 total pieces. 3.Spread enough peanut butter or almond butter into the groove of the celery. 4.Place the raisins on top so they look like ants (on a log)
  • Avocado Toast
    Ingredients: -Slice of 100% whole wheat, toasted -½ of an avocado -Salt and pepper, to taste Directions: 1.Wash your hands with soap and warm water before prepping 2.Take 100% whole wheat bread and toast it 3.Ask your parent to cut an avocado in half and scoop out the pit 4.Use a spoon to scoop out avocado and put it on the toast 5.Spread avocado with back of the spoon or a plastic knife 6.Sprinkle salt and pepper to taste
  • Apple Almond Butter Sandwhich
    Ingredients: -1 Apple -2 tbsp Peanut Butter, almond butter or sunflower butter -Sprinkle of Cinnamon, optional -2 slices of 100% whole wheat bread Directions: 1.Wash your hands with soap and warm water before prepping 2.Ask for help to slice the apple into rings/circles 3.Spread your nut butter of choice between the two slices 4.Sprinkle some cinnamon if you would like before putting the slices together. 5. Enjoy!
  • Asparagus Frittata
    Ingredients: -2 eggs -1 teaspoon milk -1 teaspoon extra-virgin olive oil -5 asparagus spears, chopped -1/2 cup mushrooms, sliced -1/4 cup Mozzarella cheese -1 teaspoon garlic powder -Pinch of salt & pepper (to taste) Directions: 1.Wash your hands with soap and warm water before prepping 2.Cut asparagus into bite-sized pieces and mushrooms into slices (young chefs can try with a plastic knife) 3.Heat a skillet to medium and add olive oil 4.Add veggies and cook them for a few minutes 5.Whisk eggs in a bowl with milk, then add on top of veggies in the pan 6.After cooked for a few minutes, flip over in pan, then add seasonings and cheese 7.Cook for several more minutes 8.Serve warm and enjoy!

    Ingredients: -Apple -Raisins -Peanut butter -Cinnamon Directions: 1.Wash hands with soap and warm water before prepping 2.Rinse apple and cut into slices 3.Melt peanut butter in microwave for 20 seconds, drizzle over apple slices 4.Sprinkle raisins and cinnamon on top 5.Enjoy!

    Make a healthy Berry Shake with Spoon and Berry Ingredients: -1.5 cups frozen berries & bananas -1 cup milk -1 dash of cinnamon -1 small container plain greek yogurt -1 tablespoon coconut pieces Directions: 1.Wash your hands with soap and warm water before prepping 2.Add frozen fruit, milk, cinnamon, greek yogurt, and coconut to a blender 3.Carefully blend until ingredients are mixed and smooth 4.Add to a cup and drink up! 5.Enjoy!
  • Berry-Banana Muffins
    Spoon has a “berry” healthy muffin recipe: Berry-Banana Muffins Ingredients: -4 large ripe bananas (mashed) -3 cups oats (old-fashioned) -1 teaspoon vanilla extract -Mix-ins of your choice (blueberries, strawberries, coconut, or nuts are great options) Directions: 1.Wash your hands with soap and warm water before prepping 2.Turn oven to 350ºF and grease a muffin pan 3.Mix together the banana, oats and vanilla in a large bowl 4.Add in the mix-ins of your choice & stir 5.Spoon the mixture into your muffin pan (fill them close to the top) 6.Bake for 15-20 minutes and allow to cool for ~5 7.Enjoy!
  • Biscuits
    Make a healthy 100% whole wheat biscuit with Spoon Ingredients: -2.5 cups whole wheat flour -1 tablespoon baking powder -½ teaspoon baking soda -½ teaspoon salt -4 tablespoons cold ghee (or unsalted butter) (cut into ¼-inch cubes) -1 cup plus 2 tablespoons cold buttermilk Directions: 1.Wash your hands with soap and warm water before prepping 2.Preheat oven to 425ºF. Line baking sheet with parchment paper 3.In a large bowl, whisk whole wheat flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt until 4.mixed well 5.Add in the cold ghee or butter pieces (use your fingertips to quickly work the butter into the flour by pressing the butter into the flour between your fingertips - you want the pieces to be the size of small peas) 6.Pour in buttermilk and use a fork to mix until a dough forms 7.Next, take the dough and any leftover flour bits & put on a lightly floured work surface 8.Use your hands to fold the dough a few times/work in any remaining flour (be careful not to overwork dough) 9.Press the dough into a 1-inch-thick circle 10.Use a 2.5 inch biscuit cutter or a lid of a mason jar to cut out the biscuits & place them on the parchment-lined baking sheet 11.Re-form the scraps into a new circle of dough as needed. 12.Bake biscuits for around 10-12 minutes (or until golden brown)

  • Broccoli-Cauli Tots
    INGREDIENTS: -2 cups broccoli and cauliflower, chopped -1 large egg -¼ cup yellow onion -½ cup shredded cheese (of your choice) -½ cup whole wheat Panko crumbs -1 tbsp rosemary or oregano -Pinch of salt & pepper INSTRUCTIONS: 1.Wash your hands with soap and warm water before prepping. 2.Steam broccoli and cauliflower for 1 minute, then shock with cold water 3.Chop vegetables and add to mixing bowl with the rest of the ingredients 4.Scoop spoonfuls of the mix and shape into "tots" 5.Lay in air fryer (or oven on baking sheet) in one layer and cook for ~20 minutes or until golden brown on 375ºF. 6.Remove, let cool, and enjoy!

    INGREDIENTS: ​-10 large carrots, cut into small “sticks” -1 tbsp olive oil -Pinch of salt and pepper -1 tsp paprika -1 tsp chili powder -1 tsp garlic powder INSTRUCTIONS: 1.Wash your hands with soap and warm water before prepping. 2.Chop carrots into "fries" 3.Add all ingredients in large mixing bowl, then toss with seasonings 4.Add all ingredients to air-fryer or oven and cook until crisp 5.Serve & enjoy!

    INGREDIENTS: ​-4 cups cold water -2 tbsp chia seeds -1 small juiced lime or lemon -Pinch himalayan salt INSTRUCTIONS: 1.Wash your hands with soap and warm water before prepping. 2.Mix together ingredients 3.Stir well 4.Set aside for 10 minutes 5.Stir again 6.Drink and enjoy!
  • Cinnamon-Date Energy Bites
    INGREDIENTS: ​-1 cup oats -1 cup dates (pitted) -3 tbsp chopped walnuts -½ cup canned pumpkin puree -2 tbsp raisins -1 tbsp cinnamon -½ tsp salt INSTRUCTIONS: 1.Wash your hands with soap and warm water before prepping. 2.Blend oats in blender 3.Add the rest of ingredients to blender 4.Blend until thick 5.Roll into small balls and store into fridge 6.Enjoy!
  • Coco-Cinna-Cherry (N)ice Cream
    Spoon: Can you help me make coco-cinna-cherry (n)ice-cream Ingredients: -1 cup frozen cherries -½ frozen banana -½-1 cup almond milk -1 tsp cinnamon -1 tablespoon shredded, unsweetened coconut Directions: 1.Wash your hands with soap and warm water before prepping 2.Place cherries, banana, milk, cinnamon, and coconut into a blender (never touch the blades, they are very sharp) 3.Press blend until smooth (but still thick) 4.Enjoy!
  • Cornbread Muffins
    Ingredients: -1 cup yellow cornmeal -1 cup whole wheat flour -2 teaspoons baking powder -1/2 teaspoon salt -1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce -1 cup milk (1-2% best!) -2 eggs (beaten) Optional: Add in fresh cooked corn kernels or jalapeño peppers (if you’d like an extra kick) Directions: 1.Wash your hands with soap and warm water before prepping 2.Preheat your oven to 400 ºF. Spray your muffin pan with nonstick cooking spray or use cupcake/muffin liners. 3.In a large mixing bowl, combine cornmeal, flour, baking powder and salt and mix well 4.Next, add eggs, applesauce and milk to the mixing bowl and mix well to combine all ingredients 5.Fill each cup or liner to just below the top of the cup (about 3/4 full) - this makes around 12 muffins 6.Place the muffin pan into the preheated oven, on the middle rack, and bake for ~15-18 minutes 7.Allow the muffins to cool for ~5-10 minutes

    Spoon: Summer Corn Salad Recipe Ingredients: -½ cup corn -½ cup celery -½ cup cucumbers -¼ cup cilantro -1 tbsp olive oil -½ cup cotija or cheese of choice (mozzarella or feta recommended) -½ avocado -A sprinkle of salt & pepper (to taste) Directions: 1.Wash your hands with soap and warm water before prepping 2.Place chopped corn, celery, cucumbers, and cilantro into a large bowl 3.Add olive oil, cheese, avocado and seasonings and mix all together 4.Sprinkle with salt and pepper to your liking 5.Enjoy this fresh summer salad!

  • Cucumber, Cheese & Turkey Boats"
    Ingredients: -6 slices of turkey (nitrate free) -1 cucumber -2 slices provolone cheese or mild cheddar cheese Directions: 1.Wash your hands with soap and warm water before prepping 2.Safely cut the cucumber down the middle, then in half and scoop some of insides out 3.Add turkey and cheese to the inside of the cucumber 4.Enjoy!
  • Dandelion w/ vegetables
    Ingredients: 1 pound dandelion greens, washed 1 cup mushrooms, sliced 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved 4 garlic cloves, chopped 1 Tbsp olive oil Salt & black pepper to taste Directions: 1.Wash your hands with soap and warm water before prepping 2.Wash dandelion greens & cut off ends 3.Cut greens into very small pieces (the smaller the better) 4.Bring a medium size pot of water to boil 5.Add dandelion greens and cook for about 5 minutes 6.After boiling the greens, run under very cold to stop the cooking process 7.Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat 8.Add garlic, cook for a few minutes 9.Add mushrooms and cook through, then stir in tomatoes (and cook until soft) 10.Add dandelion greens 11.Toss all together until well mixed. Season with salt and pepper to your liking 12.Enjoy!

  • Dill Pickle Recipe
    Ingredients: 10 small-medium size cucumbers ½ tbsp of pink salt ¼ cup distilled white vinegar 3 cups hot water 2 cloves of garlic ¼ medium-large size onion a handful of dill and any other herbs of choice Squeeze of lemon Directions: 1.Wash your hands with soap and warm water before prepping 2.Have a pickling jar clean and ready to go! 3.Peel garlic and onion. Chop garlic into smaller pieces, and slice onion in longer pieces 4.Cut off the bottom part of cucumbers then Slice cucumbers into halves 5.Take herbs, garlic and onions, and layer them in the pickling jar in rotation with cucumbers 6.In a separate container combine hot water, vinegar and salt. Stir well to dissolve salt! 7. Pour this mixture over cucumbers, fully covering them 8.Cover with a lid and set aside to cool 9.Pickles will be ready in about 8 hours to enjoy! (Refrigerate them after)
  • Dragon Fruit Smoothie
    Ingredients: ¼ cup almonds 1 tablespoon unsweetened shredded coconut 1 cup plain greek yogurt 1 dragon fruit, peeled and chopped ½ cup pineapple chunks ½ cup almond milk ½ banana Dash of cinnamon Directions: 1.Wash your hands with soap and warm water before prepping 2.Blend almonds in a blender until chopped 3.Add coconut until a powder forms 4.Mix yogurt into almond mixture using a spoon then add dragon fruit, pineapple, banana and almond milk 5.Blend until smooth 6.Top with a dash of cinnamon 7.Enjoy!
  • Eggs- Easy Hard Boile
    Ingredients: 10 eggs that have sat in the fridge for a few days (don’t use really fresh) 1 tsp Salt 1/2 tsp baking soda Some water (for pot) Directions: 1.Wash your hands with soap and warm water before prepping 2.Add eggs in a single layer, to a large pot 3.Fill pot with very cold water until all eggs are covered 4.Add salt and baking soda 5.Bring water to a boil 6.Once boiling, set heat to medium and boil for about 1 minute. 7.Cover pot and remove from heat. 8.Let sit, covered, another 10-12 minutes 9.Strain water from pot and put eggs in an ice-water bath until the eggs are cool to the touch (another 10ish minutes) 10.When cooled, give eggs a little crack in the shell before peeling (it makes it much easier) 11.Toss in your favorite salad or eat with a side of tomatoes and enjoy!

    Ingredients: 6 eggs, cracked 1 cup tomatoes, diced ½ cup mushrooms, sliced ½ cup mozzarella cheese 2 tsp milk or water ½ tsp garlic powder ½ tsp black pepper ½ tsp salt Directions: 1.Wash your hands with soap and warm water before prepping 2.Brush olive oil on & preheat griddle (or large pan) 3.Add veggies to your hot surface 4.Break eggs into large bowl & whisk together with seasonings 5.Add eggs on top of veggies in the hot pan 6.Top with cheese and let cook for 7-10 minutes (or until egg mix looks cooked) 7.Flip over, cook for another few minutes 8.Slice evenly when cooled 9.Serve & enjoy
  • Egg Salad
    Ingredients: 4 hard boiled eggs 1 large avocado 1/4 tsp sea salt 1/4 tsp black pepper 1/4 cup greek yogurt (instead of mayo) 1 tsp Dijon mustard 1 tsp lemon juice 1 tbsp chopped green onion Directions: 1.Wash your hands with soap and warm water before prepping 2.Boil eggs 3.Cut eggs in half and remove the egg yolks to a separate bowl 4.Chop whites 5.Mash yolks in a bowl with an avocado 6.Add lemon juice, salt, pepper, greek yogurt and mustard together and stir together 7.Add in the chopped egg whites and green onion, stir to combine 8.Season with extra salt and pepper per your liking 9.Enjoy!
  • Eggplant Parmesan Pizzas
    Ingredients: 2 Large eggplants, sliced long ways 1 cup marinara sauce 1 cup mozzarella cheese ½ cup crumbled goat cheese 1 tbsp Olive oil Black pepper to taste Directions: 1.Wash your hands with soap and warm water before prepping 2.Heat oven to 375ºF 3.Slice eggplant then toss slices into olive oil and add to a baking sheet roast eggplant slices for ~20-30 minutes or until soft 4.Add sauce, cheese, and pepper to each slice 5.Put back into oven for ~8-10 minutes 6.Let cool and enjoy!

    Ingredients: 1 cup chopped fruits (berries, pineapple, cantaloupe, grapes) 1 tablespoon walnuts or nuts of your choice 1 cup plain greek yogurt 1 tsp cinnamon Directions: Wash your hands with soap and warm water before prepping Add fruits together in a large bowl Add nuts Top with yogurt and mix all together Sprinkle with cinnamon Serve & enjoy!

    Ingredients: 2 cups red leaf lettuce, chopped 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar 1 tablespoon olive oil ½ cup seedless red grapes, halved 2 tablespoons crumbled goat cheese 2 tablespoons chopped pecans Directions: Wash your hands with soap and warm water before prepping Add all ingredients to a bowl Toss together Serve cold & enjoy!
  • Green Bean Salad with Feta
    Ingredients: 3 cups green beans 1 red onion, chopped 1 cup crumbled feta cheese 1 teaspoon oregano 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil 2 tomatoes (cut into wedges) Sprinkle of pepper Directions: Wash your hands with soap and warm water before prepping Bring saucepan of water to a boil Add green beans, bring back to a boil then simmer for ~5 minutes Drain and rinse beans with cold water Cut them in half and transfer to a salad bowl Add onion and feta Sprinkle oregano on top, then season with pepper Add vinegar and oil into a bowl & whisk to combine Drizzle the dressing on top, then add tomatoes Toss, serve, enjoy!
  • Garden Party Punch
    Ingredients 1 ½ cups of orange juice ½ cup of lemonade ¼ cup of pineapple chunks 1 cup of spinach ¼ cup cherries Instructions Wash your hands with soap and warm water before prepping Under adult supervision, cut up pineapple in small pieces. Mix 1 ½ cups of orange juice with ½ cup of lemonade and stir Add ¼ pineapple, 1 cup of spinach, and ¼ cup of cherries into the mix. Blend mixture Enjoy!
  • Havarti Rosemary Grilled Cheese
    Ingredients: 2 slices Havarti 2 slices 100% whole wheat bread 3 slices of tomatoes (beefsteak or roma) 1 oz fresh Rosemary, chopped ¼ tablespoon olive oil Salt & pepper to taste Directions: Wash your hands with soap and warm water before prepping Heat medium-sized skillet to medium heat While it is heating, place cheese, most of the rosemary and tomatoes in between slices of bread as a sandwich Add butter or ghee with the rest of the rosemary to skillet Place sandwich on the heated pan and cook for ~5 minutes or until golden Flip the sandwich to cook/melt the other side; Cook for ~5 more minutes Let it cool for a few minutes before diving in. Enjoy!
  • Hummus Veggie Wraps
    Ingredients: 4-100% whole wheat tortillas 1 cup hummus ½ cucumber, sliced 2 small tomatoes, sliced 1 avocado, sliced thinly 1 bell pepper, sliced thinly 1 cup carrots, sliced thinly 1 cup mixed greens 1 tablespoon olive oil Salt & pepper to taste Directions: Wash your hands with soap and warm water before prepping Warm tortillas in a microwave for 8-10 seconds; Spread about 1 tablespoon of hummus onto each tortilla Add the sliced cucumber, tomato, avocado, bell pepper, and carrots onto tortilla Top other veggies with mixed salad greens, then drizzle with olive oil, salt & pepper Roll tightly in a burrito shape (tuck in the edges) Slice in halves Serve and enjoy!
  • Hearty Vegetable Soup
    Ingredients 1 tbsp olive oil 2 cups tomato sauce 1 ½ cup vegetable broth 1 cup tomatoes, chopped 1 cup black beans 1 cup chickpeas 1 cup bell peppers, chopped 1 cup whole wheat noodles, cooked 2 tsp oregano 2 large carrots, chopped Instructions Wash hands with soap and warm water before prepping In a large pan, add olive oil and set to medium heat Add tomato sauce and oregano and stir Slowly add in vegetable broth and turn up heat to boil Add bell peppers and carrots, and bring down heat to low Cover and let cook for 10 minutes After 10 minutes, uncover and add noodles, black beans, tomatoes and chickpeas. Cook for 10 minutes Remove and Enjoy!
  • Iceberg wedge with shrimp & dill
    Ingredients: 1 cup Greek yogurt 2 tbsp avocado 1/2 teaspoon hot sauce 2 tablespoons garlic, minced 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper 1 cup fresh dill, chopped 3/4 cup cucumber, diced 1/3 cup red onion, diced 1 pound cooked shrimp (previously frozen is fine, remove tails), roughly chopped 1 head iceberg lettuce, cut into 4 wedges Directions: Wash your hands with soap and warm water before prepping In a large bowl, whisk the yogurt, avocado, hot sauce, garlic, salt, pepper, and dill until combined and smooth (Adjust seasoning to your liking) Add in the cucumber, onion, and shrimp; Stir gently to coat with dressing Tear the first few top layers off of each lettuce wedge to create a pocket and place on individual plates Fill each with the shrimp mixture Garnish with a little extra fresh dill Serve cold or room temperature and ENJOY!

    Ingredients 8 pretzel sticks 1 tablespoon of butter of choice: Almond butter, sunflower butter, or peanut butter 1 teaspoon of chia seeds Instructions Wash your hands with soap and warm water before prepping Take 1 teaspoon of chia seeds, and sprinkle on top of the 1 tablespoon of peanut butter Insert pretzel sticks into and around the peanut butter Enjoy!

    Ingredients ¼ cup ricotta cheese 1 large zucchini 4 oz Ground turkey ¼ cup tomato sauce Instructions Wash hands with soap and warm water before prepping Preheat oven to 400 degrees Using a skillet, add olive oil to pan on low heat Add ground turkey to the pan and let cook for 10 minutes Under adult supervision, cut zucchini in two halves Spoon out half of the zucchini meat Place zucchini halves to baking pan Add ground turkey into each zucchini half Add tomato sauce to tops of ground turkey Sprinkle ricotta cheese Cook in oven for 5-10 minutes Remove, and Enjoy!

    Ingredients: “Meat” 16 oz can green jackfruit in water (drained & rinsed) 1/2 yellow onion, diced 2 cloves garlic, minced 1 splash water & ~½ cup more Juice from 1 orange 1.5 tbsp Mexican seasonings 1 pinch red pepper flakes 1 pinch sea salt, to taste 1 lime, cut into quarters 1 lemon, cut into quarters 1 tbsp olive oil 6 corn tortillas “Salsa” 2 large oranges 2 tbsp lemon juice, freshly squeezed 2 green onions, chopped 1 chili pepper, chopped 1/3 cup cilantro leaves, roughly chopped 1 pinch sea salt, to taste Directions: Wash your hands with soap and warm water before prepping Heat pot over medium on medium and add a splash of water; Saute onion with a pinch of sea salt until “clear” (~5 minutes) Stir in garlic, red pepper flakes, seasonings and the jackfruit Pour in the extra water and juice of the orange and bring to a simmer; Cover with lid and cook on medium-low heat for ~45 minutes or until the jackfruit is tender Season to taste with salt and remove from heat Using the back of a fork press down on the jackfruit - It will fall apart and shred into thin pieces Preheat oven to broil. Put the shredded jackfruit together with all the juices from the fruits in one layer then broil for a few minutes until crispy at the edges Remove from the broiler and drizzle them with a little olive oil (for meaty carnitas flavor) Salsa Safely cut the peel and pit off of the oranges; Slice and dice into cubes and put in a bowl with the scallions, chili pepper and cilantro Season to taste with salt and a squeeze of lemon juice Warm up the corn tortillas to your liking then add the jackfruit “carnitas” and salsa Enjoy!

    Ingredients: Trimmed leeks (12 oz.) Light vegetable stock Trimmed brussel sprouts (8 oz.)   • Macaroni and Cheese
    Ingredients: -8 ounces (2 cup) whole wheat macaroni noodles (or other whole wheat noodles) -1 1/3 cup lowfat or nonfat milk -2 eggs -2 cups grated extra sharp cheddar cheese (8 ounces) (can substitute a mix of different cheeses including: Fontina cheese, parmesan cheese, or other cheeses) -½ tsp salt -Black pepper -Optional: 1/8 teaspoon paprika, few grains cayenne in place of the black pepper, 1 sliced pimiento, ¼ cup chopped green peppers, 2 Tbs chopped parsley, 1 Tbs grated onion, ½ cup thin-sliced mushrooms, 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard Instructions: 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and cook noodles: Fill a large pot with water. Put pot on stove and bring water to a boil. Add whole wheat noodles. Cook until “al dente” (7 to 9 minutes. Check package directions for how long to cook.) 2. As soon as noodles are cooked drain them using a colander. When all the water is removed, place noodles back in the pot, uncovered to allow them to cool down. 3. While noodles are cooking: Grate cheese. 4. Place layers of macaroni in an oiled baking dish/casserole dish. Sprinkle each layer with grated cheese. 5. Blend eggs, milk, salt, and pepper (and any optional ingredients). 6.   • Blueberry Pancakes
    Ingredients 1 cup flour 1 egg 1 tbsp olive oil 1 cup milk ½ cup blueberries Instructions Wash hands with soap and warm water before prepping In a large bowl, stir in flour and add the egg to mixture Add milk slowly and stir until batter is smooth Heat a pan on medium and add 2 tablespoons of batter into the pan The batter should start to sizzle Add blueberries to the top of batter Loosen the edges of the batter with a spatula.     Ingredients: 1 teaspoon olive oil 1/2 sweet onion, chopped 1/2 bunch of swiss chard 2 1/2 cups shredded cheese 4 eggs 1 cup milk (1% or 2%) Pinch of salt & pepper Directions: Wash your hands with soap and warm water before prepping Preheat oven to 375ºF Wash, dry, and cut off very ends of stems of swiss chard; Then chop the leaves Add onion and Chard to the oil, sauté until stems are soft Grate cheese (any of your choice!) Whisk eggs.   • Vegan Ube Ice Cream
    Ingredients: 1 1/2 cups coconut milk, full-fat 1/2 cup purple sweet potato puree or 3/4 cup chopped, boiled purple sweet potatoes 2 tsp vanilla extract Instructions: Mix all the ingredients, together in a blender and mix until smooth. Pour into a saucepan and bring to a boil. Once boiling, remove from the heat and whisk until smooth and thickened. Stir in the vanilla. Pour into a container and chill overnight. After chill, enjoy and eat!

Scrub potatoes; cut each into thin strips (1/4 inch). Combine oil and next 3 ingredients in a large bowl; stir well. Add potatoes and toss well to coat.   • Yogurt Parfait
    Ingredients: Plain greek yogurt Granola Strawberries Blueberries Directions: Wash hands with warm water and soap before prepping Rinse fruit Scoop ½ greek yogurt into bowl Sprinkle 2 tablespoons granola on top Add fruit
  • Roasted Zucchini
    Ingredients: 2-3 zucchini ⅓ cup of Olive Oil (or any vegetable oil) Salt, pepper, and any other seasonings you like Instructions: Adult Supervision Required Wash your hands with soap and warm water. Wash the zucchini too. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Slice the zucchini into thick “coin” shapes (so it won’t get mushy). Lightly spread olive oil onto each zucchini coin and place onto a pan Sprinkle your seasonings over the pan of zucchini slices. Roast in the oven for 20 minutes Enjoy!
